In GTA V, you can often spot this shuttle bus parked in front of Los Santos International Airport. It's usually unlocked and doesn’t have an alarm, making it easy to take without attracting police attention.
In GTA Online, you can purchase the Rental Shuttle Bus for $30,000 from Warstock Cache & Carry.
In GTA 6, it is one of the first vehicles spotted in the opening shot of the game's first trailer, alongside other vehicles, including the Vapid Speedo, the Dashound, and the Jobuilt Phantom.
