Is there a shark chasing you in the water, how about a gang on jetskis, or just some jerk you pissed off in a boat? Either way if you're in the water and in need of a fast getaway, with no available mode of transport available, then the fast swim cheat is the one to use.
Activate it, and just like the fast run cheat, you're swimming speed will be increased greatly.
And in case you forgot the different system codes for the fast swim cheat, they are as follows:
