Each use of it will cycle through one of the following weather conditions: sunny, clear, cloudy, smoggy, overcast, rainy, thundery, clearing and snowing. Try thundery for the ultimate action, while all of them will enable you to admire the work that Rockstar put into making GTA 5 look so good!
