GTA V Overshadowed By S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier (Mod)

From GTA BOOM Wiki

Not long ago, when Star Wars Episode VII was nearing its premier, it dominated the GTA V fan content scene. Be it mods or Rockstar Editor videos, you couldn't take two steps without tripping over Star Wars. Now it seems that Captain America: Civil War is the next big release to infect GTA V. We've seen a masterful trailer recreation already, meaning that the mods shouldn't be far behind. GTA V has seen its fair share of Marvel related mods, such as the legendary Iron Man mod by JulioNIB.

rel= This one stands out from the crowd — or hovers above it  - by virtue of sheer size alone. While the Helicarriers haven't been explicitly shown to be a part of Civil War, their central role in the Avengers and Captain America: The Winter Soldier make their intimidating presence inseparable from Cap.

This mod exchanges the already-big Titan cargo plane with the custom Helicarrier model. This isn't tacked together from GTA V props already present in the game, so we're not talking about a bunch of flying cargo containers here. This custom model gets the vehicle right, with the only minor discrepancy being the frontal rotors being more to the rear than they should be.

The mod has come quite far since its first upload. Collision has been properly set, meaning you can actually have planes or other vehicles sit on the double-decker runways the behemoth is equipped with. It also features armaments, so you're not flying around a toothless military ship. The interior of the cockpit hasn't been modded, so you might want to stick to third person if you have a thing for immersion, plus you can't see much in first person view. Maybe we'll get the Dark Elves' flying black "T"s next?

What other Marvel related content would you like to see modded into GTA V?
