Hotel Dixon appears to be the tallest of at least four hotels situated in Vice Beach.

Hotel Dixon is one of at least four neon-lit hotels located in Vice Beach, Vice-Dale County, Leonida. It's confirmed to be a part of Grand Theft Auto 6

The hotel's name appears prominently in the first GTA 6 trailer, in the same shot that shows the names of other hotels in the same area, including Hotel Neptune and Hotel Boardwalk.

Hotel Dixon doesn't appear to be part of the 3D Universe version of Vice City featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Based on its appearance, Hotel Dixon might be based on Hotel Victor South Beach, located at 1144 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Florida. The same established was also designed by Lawrence Murray Dixon, whose name might have been used for the hotel. [1]
