So, at this point, we have a lot of ways of making money. This question is for the mid to end game solo players: what strategies are you guys using to make money in GTA Online? I am curious to know!

So you are making roughly 50k per irl hour which doesn't seem all that bad but it can be a pain to keep the rep up while doing other things which is why I stopped bothering with it.Nightclub - Always keep the rep up to earn 50K each in game day - I also check the basement business when I empty the safe, to look for a sale.
Keeping the rep up can be a pain if it drops too low, most of the time I keep the rep up with the missions you get on the phone when you enter your club or the garage at the club(VIP driving or kicking some dude out of the club) But I also start in my club when I log on, and end the session in the club after doing one of the missions i mentioned above.So you are making roughly 50k per irl hour which doesn't seem all that bad but it can be a pain to keep the rep up while doing other things which is why I stopped bothering with it.
Yeah, the setup is quite time consuming, but I'd say the returns are worth it. Especially if you have passive businesses running in the background. It's all about the setups that put players off ahah!I guess the hanger business would be up there. You can make around 400k per house solo. You just have to focus on sourcing medical, narcotics, and chemicals. Ignore everything else. You just pick two of the three and alternate them. You should end up with about 25 crates of each after an hour. You'll get some bonuses added on too. You end up stacking mad cash after doing the sell-off missions.
Yeah, that is pretty neat. I haven't logged into the game in over a week. I was getting back into it and trying to come up with a good strat for end game players that utilize all the businesses or at least the most profitable ones to have a semi-passive/passive income in combination with the active money-making methods (Hangar business).Got a Hangar business, I just find it a bit time consuming to gather crates(unless I missed a trick somewhere)
First of all I keep my passives going;
Nightclub - Always keep the rep up to earn 50K each in game day - I also check the basement business when I empty the safe, to look for a sale.
Chop shop - Tow cars to keep the shop going and the daily income up + money from the towed cars
Auto Shop - Do the work when there is 2 customer cars in and let the staff deliver them.
Arcade - Empty the safe when it holds enough money
Deliver mixed goods from warehouse to terminal 50K each run, can be done quite fast
Got the above fairly close to each other, so little transport time between the locations.
I always keep my weed farm, meth lab and coke lock up supplied - Offload to street dealers for an easy profit.
I kinda follow where the weekly bonus is if it's a business I got, made a good profit last weekend on the warehouse 🙂
For the rest of the time I play, I kinda do what I want to do - Got to have some fun, it's a game, not a job 😉
Yeah, I also always try to make sure all my businesses are close by. I try to get everything within the city for that!And keeping buildings close together cuts down on time spent on transport = more time to do what one want to do that day.
The Hangar business, well I got one but find it a bit time consuming collecting crates, especially getting the "dive/lake" mission too often, or maybe I just get distracted by other money making oppertunities 😆
Can be a bit of a grind, but not as bad as some MMOs i've played 🙂I never got too deep into the hanger business cause it is mostly set up missions which are very repetitive and some are annoying. You do get a good payout when you do it right but I would much rather just run heists. It just sucks cause you struggle to find good players for them now.
