Leonard County is an urbanized county, located in southeastern Leonida, which will feature in Grand Theft Auto VI. Though not as densely populated as its neighbor, Vice-Dale County, Leonard County still maintains the status of a considerable urban area. The law and order of the county are entrusted to the Leonard County Sheriff's Office.

The map seems to be inspired by Broward County, Florida[1], in which Leonard County shares a similar name and the livery design of the Sheriff's Office[2] vehicles. Waning Sands appears to be one of the cities within Leonard County.
