Take-Two Interactive is an American video game holding company that was founded in September 1993 by Ryan Brant.

The company's main headquarters is currently located in Bryant Park, New York. It is an international company that runs its European and Asian operations from Windsor, Berkshire and Singapore, respectively.

Take-Two Interactive is the owner of several major video game publishing labels, including Rockstar Games and 2K Games.

The Grand Theft Auto franchise, developed by internal video game development studio, Rockstar North, is part of its combined portfolio of video game franchises.

As of January 2025, it is the ninth-largest video game company in terms of market cap with an estimated market cap of USD$32.32 billion.

Take-Two Interactive's current CEO, chairman, and largest single shareholder is Strauss Zelnick.
