Winter Descends in GTA Online with Holiday Events and New Vehicles
Double rewards and festive events are taking over GTA Online this week in fitting form for the holiday spirit.
The rare sight of snow has transformed Los Santos into a winter paradise, bringing with it an avalanche of seasonal festivities and rewards for GTA Online players. From battling mythical creatures to cruising in newly released police vehicles, this holiday update offers something for everyone.
Two decommissioned law enforcement vehicles are making their debut: the lightning-fast Invetero Coquette D10 Pursuit and the Willard Outreach Faction - the game's first-ever lowrider patrol car. Both vehicles can be purchased from Warstock Cache & Carry after completing the Slush Fund mission, with special trade prices available through additional challenges.
For those feeling festive, the streets are filled with holiday events. Players can hunt down the Yeti, confront the Christmas-ruining Gooch, destroy 25 hidden Snowmen, or participate in the Weazel Plaza Shootout. Each event offers exclusive rewards, including thematic outfits and weapon skins.
The seasonal celebration also extends to enhanced earning opportunities, with double rewards available on Pizza Deliveries, Dispatch Work, and Garment Factory passive income through January 1. The Entourage (Festive Remix) mode puts a holiday spin on protection missions, featuring candy cane-wielding elves protecting Santa from mischievous Krampuses, with triple the usual rewards.
Players logging in between December 19 and January 1 will receive a generous holiday gift package, including the whimsical Festive Penguin Onesie, a Gold Reindeer Pendant, and practical items like a Firework Launcher with ammunition. Adding to the festivities, the Happy Holidays Hauler is roaming the streets, dropping rewards and exclusive festive sweaters.
