Agents of Sabotage Complete Guide

From GTA BOOM Wiki

The Agents of Sabotage update introduces a brand new business in GTA Online. It allows you to earn money both passively and actively by completing small, heist-like missions given by ex-FIB agent Jodi Marshall.

Garment Factory

To start the missions, you must first wait for a call from Pavel while in free roam. Following the call, you can purchase the Darnell Bros. Garment Factory business via the Maze Bank Foreclosures website.

The Darnell Bros. Garment Factory costs GTA$ 2,350,000 to purchase. This one-time fee includes all necessary upgrades, such as a 10-car garage, a Terrorbyte parking space with exclusive upgrades, MKII weapon upgrades section, snacks, a safe for passive income, and a computer to start your missions.

After purchasing the Garment Factory, head to the factory, and you will be greeted with an intro cutscene. After the intro cutscene, you are ready to get started.

Making Money

There are two ways of making money with the Garment Factory:

  • Office Safe
  • FIB Files

Office Safe

The office safe accumulates money over time and gives you between $1,500 and $2,000 every in-game hour (48 minutes in real life). Completing FIB Files missions won't affect the rate or amount of money your safe generates. This is more of a "legit" business where the Garment Factory makes you the money that goes to your safe ready for collection.

FIB Files

The FIB Files are a set of missions that you can complete for rewards. These act as mini-heists and have a setup cost of $20,000. Each heist has three planning missions and a finale. You can expect anywhere between $150,000 and $158,000 for the completion of a single mission. The pay varies and is random for each mission, but it is never below $150,000.

In addition to the stated base pay of $150,000+, you can also earn an additional $50,000 for the completion of certain challenges during the finale. There are three challenges for each type of mission, and completing all three rewards players with an additional $50,000.

There are a total of four FIB Files missions in GTA Online as of December 16, 2024. Thankfully there is no timer, but there is a cooldown of around 5 minutes before you can start another mission. Also, you cannot start the same FIB Files mission repeatedly back-to-back, and must complete another file before you can come back to it.

Every week, one of the files will be labeled "Priority File." Priority Files pay double the pay every week and can only be completed once every week. For example, if the base pay was $158,000, you will get $316,000 for the completion of the entire mission. So out of the four missions, you can repeat the rest as many times as you want, but you must wait for the mission that is labeled "Priority File" to reset upon the weekly reset.

As the name suggests, it is best to prioritize the "Priority Files" first every week before you do the rest of the files. Additionally if you're a GTA+ subscriber, you will earn a $150,000 bonus instead of the $50,000 for the completion of the challenges.
